The service

Vionam, a HomeX Ventures company, lets homeowners request an automated estimate of their home's value and an estimated cash offer range. The service is in beta and currently covers homes in California.

Estimates, not offers

A Home Realization Report is an estimate built from recent public sales data and the answers you provide. It is not an appraisal, not a broker price opinion, and not an offer to purchase. Any cash offer range shown is an estimate. A written offer is made only after HomeX reviews the property, and no agreement exists until both parties sign a purchase agreement.

Your answers

Please describe the home accurately. The estimate depends on your answers, and a written offer may differ from the estimate if the facts or condition of the home differ.

Not advice

Nothing on Vionam is legal, tax or financial advice. HomeX Ventures is a buyer, not your agent. You are welcome to consult a real estate agent, attorney or other advisor before you accept any offer.

Fair use

• Evaluations are limited per visitor per day.
• Do not submit properties you are not authorized to sell or represent.
• Do not scrape, overload or attempt to misuse the service.

Liability

The service is provided as-is during the beta. To the extent the law allows, HomeX Ventures is not liable for decisions made based on an estimate alone.
